On the home page, at the top click on “Order” and then, click on the product you would like to order (i.e. Happy Face Cookies). It will take you to an ordering page.
If you want an order to arrive on Saturday, please call 1-888-4-Busken to place that order before Noon (Eastern Time). If you place an order online on Friday before Noon (Eastern Time) for NEXT DAY AIR, the package will arrive on Monday. Any order placed after that time—after 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time)—the order will NOT be processed until Monday (unless it is a holiday). At that time, NEXT DAY AIR will be considered Tuesday delivery.
UPS. We do not use Fed-Ex or any other shipping companies.
UPS delivers Air and Ground packages Monday thru Friday (normal business days). There is no package movement on Saturdays or Sundays. If you place an online order and expect it by a certain time, please follow these guidelines by UPS:
You cannot count the day the package is ordered or weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) as days in transit. For example, an order that was placed for 2-day shipping on Friday at 3 pm (Eastern Time) will not be processed by us until Monday (because it was placed after the daily cut-off time which is Noon Eastern Time). The order will not start its 2-day time in transit until Tuesday. According to UPS’s shipping schedule, Tuesday will be the 1st day and Wednesday will be the 2nd day. Therefore, the package(s) will arrive on Wednesday.
With UPS Ground shipping, about a week (at least 5 normal business days). Please do not count the weekend days as “shipping days” per UPS Guidelines, there is no package movement on Saturdays or Sundays. Generally, it takes around 2 to 3 business days by UPS Ground shipping (depending on where it is going). To Florida, it takes at least 3 business days by UPS Ground shipping. Please see UPS’s Shipping Schedule for more information regarding how the package arrival date is determined. (Question #4.)
Yes, you can. On the order page, there is a place for “notes”. Please use that area to type a customized “note” to your recipient.
Yes, we received and processed your order. Unfortunately, our system is unable to send tracking numbers to our online customers. If you would like a tracking number or just want to make sure your order was shipped according to your expectations, please send an email to support@busken.com. Someone will respond back to you as quickly as possible. Please allow 24 hours for a response; more if it during the weekend or holiday times.
Busken baked goods are made fresh and do not contain preservatives. Donuts and Danish only have a 24 hour shelf-life and do not ship well. However, the items listed on our website have been found through testing, to survive shipping and still be fresh to enjoy when they arrive to your destination.
