Where can I place an online order? I cannot find on the website where I can place a shipping order?

On the home page, at the top click on “Ship Favorites” and then, click on the product you would like to order (i.e. Happy Face Cookies). It will take you to an ordering page.

If I place an order on Friday, can I receive it on Saturday, Sunday or Monday?

All online orders are shipped out Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Orders must be placed prior to noon Monday and Wednesday to ensure shipping that day.

If you prefer to have an order delivered on Saturday, please call 513-871-5330, Option 2.

How does UPS’s Shipping Schedule work?

UPS delivers Air and Ground packages Monday thru Friday (normal business days). There is no package movement on Saturdays or Sundays. Per UPS guidelines, we cannot include the shipping date, as well as Saturday and Sunday, as a day in transit.
All online orders leave our facility Monday and Wednesday afternoon. If you prefer to ship product on a certain day of the week, call 513-871-5330, Option 2.

About how many days does it take to ship a package to the West Coast with UPS Ground shipping?

With UPS Ground shipping, about a week (at least 5 normal business days). Please do not count the weekend days as “shipping days” per UPS Guidelines, there is no package movement on Saturdays or Sundays. Generally, it takes around 2 to 3 business days by UPS Ground shipping (depending on where it is going). To Florida, it takes at least 3 business days by UPS Ground shipping. Can I include a note with my shipping order?

Yes, you can. On the order page, there is a place for “notes”. Please use that area to type a customized “note” to your recipient.

What does it mean if my online order shows 'On Hold' or 'Processing'? Has my order shipped?

If your order states that it is ‘On Hold’, your order has not yet been processed by our bakery team. All online orders are shipped out of our facility Monday and Wednesday afternoons. Your order may stay ‘On Hold’ until our next shipping day.

If your order shows ‘Processing’, this indicates that we have captured your payment, and are waiting to ship out fresh product the following shipping day.

UPS.com will send tracking notifications to the email address provided once your package has left our facility.

Do you ship Cakes, Donuts, Danish or other bakery goods NOT listed on your website?

Busken baked goods are made fresh and do not contain preservatives. Donuts and Danish only have a 24 hour shelf-life and do not ship well. However, the items listed on our website have been found through testing, to survive shipping and still be fresh to enjoy when they arrive to your destination.

I want to ship Virginia Bakery Schnecken and I know you offer that product during the Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday seasons for shipping. Can I place an order for Schnecken to be shipped during other times of the year?

Unfortunately, this product is only baked during the weeks leading up to these three holidays.

What are your payment options?

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. Credit card and case are both accepted in our stores and Cake Order Center. Check payment can be accepted for Corporate Orders with our Business to Business team.
